Tanggung Jawab
- Deliver multilingual customer support via phone, email, and chat channels
- Resolve complex inquiries with first-contact resolution excellence
- Proactively identify upsell opportunities through needs assessment
- Document interactions and maintain accurate CRM records
- Collaborate with technical teams to escalate unresolved issues
- Analyze customer feedback to drive service improvements
- Maintain 95%+ customer satisfaction metrics
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Communications/Business or equivalent experience
- Minimum 2 years in customer service/tech support roles
- Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English (verbal/written)
- Proficiency with Zendesk/Salesforce and CRM platforms
- Exceptional conflict resolution and active listening skills
- Ability to work rotating shifts including weekends
- Industry certifications (e.g., CCXP) preferred
