Tanggung Jawab
- Lead end-to-end design processes from ideation to execution across digital products, branding, and marketing campaigns
- Mentor and develop a team of 8+ designers through regular feedback sessions, skill-building workshops, and career path planning
- Collaborate with product, marketing, and engineering teams to ensure design alignment with business objectives
- Establish and maintain design systems, style guides, and best practices to ensure consistency and scalability
- Conduct user research and usability testing to inform design decisions and improve user satisfaction
- Present design concepts to stakeholders and secure buy-in through compelling visual narratives
- Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies to keep our design approach cutting-edge
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Design, Visual Communication, or related field with 8+ years of design experience
- Minimum 3 years in a leadership role managing design teams of 5+ members
- Expert proficiency in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and prototyping tools
- Proven track record of delivering award-winning design projects in digital and branding spaces
- Strong portfolio demonstrating strategic thinking and exceptional visual execution
- Experience with user research methodologies and data-driven design decisions
- Excellent communication skills in both Indonesian and English
- Ability to balance creative vision with business constraints and tight deadlines
