Tanggung Jawab
- Respond immediately to emergency incidents including fires, earthquakes, and chemical spills
- Coordinate with local authorities, hospitals, and disaster management agencies
- Conduct rapid damage assessments and triage victims at disaster sites
- Implement emergency evacuation protocols and secure hazardous areas
- Deliver first aid, CPR, and trauma care to affected individuals
- Document incident reports and maintain operational equipment readiness
- Participate in disaster simulations and continuous training programs
Kualifikasi
- Certified in First Aid, CPR, and Advanced Trauma Life Support (ATLS)
- Minimum 2 years experience in emergency services or disaster response
- Physical fitness certification and ability to work in high-stress environments
- Strong communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and English
- Valid SIM with clean driving record for emergency vehicle operation
- Familiarity with GIS mapping and emergency communication systems
- Collaborative mindset and ability to follow strict chain of command
