Tanggung Jawab
- Implement Quran-based curriculum for TKA/TKQ students (ages 4-6)
- Conduct daily Tahfizh (Quran memorization) sessions
- Design age-appropriate Islamic-themed activities and play-based learning
- Monitor and document child development progress
- Collaborate with parents on Islamic character building
- Maintain a safe, nurturing, and culturally rich classroom environment
- Participate in Islamic teacher training programs
Kualifikasi
- S1 in Pendidikan Islam, PAUD, or equivalent (S2 preferred)
- Certified PAUD/TK teacher license (Sertifikasi Guru)
- Advanced Quran recitation proficiency (Tajwid certified)
- Minimum 2 years teaching experience in Islamic kindergarten
- Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and basic English
- Creative lesson planning and child psychology expertise
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Commitment to Islamic values and early childhood ethics
