Tanggung Jawab
- Analyze operational data using SQL, Excel, and BI tools to identify trends and inefficiencies
- Develop and maintain KPI dashboards to monitor departmental performance
- Collaborate with stakeholders to design and implement process improvements
- Conduct root cause analysis for operational bottlenecks and propose solutions
- Support strategic projects through data-driven recommendations
- Document SOPs and create process flow documentation
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, Data Science, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in operations analysis or similar role
- Advanced proficiency in SQL and data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail
- Experience with process mapping and workflow optimization
- Excellent communication skills with ability to translate data into business insights
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, macros)
