PT. Global Produksi Masa Depan mencari Penasihat Produksi terkemuka untuk membantu kami meningkatkan efisiensi operasional dan kualitas produksi. Dalam peran ini, Anda akan menjadi spesialis teknis yang bertanggung jawab untuk memastikan proses produksi berjalan secara efektif dan efisien.
Anda akan bekerja sama dengan tim produksi, manajemen, dan departemen lainnya untuk mengidentifikasi area perbaikan, mengoptimalkan proses, dan memastikan kepuasan klien.
Tanggung Jawab
- Analyze current production processes and identify opportunities for improvement
- Optimize production workflows to reduce costs and increase efficiency
- Implement quality control measures and ensure compliance with industry standards
- Manage production schedules, resources, and equipment
- Coordinate with different departments to ensure smooth operations
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and production metrics
- Develop and implement production strategies and plans
- Conduct regular production audits and provide recommendations for process improvements
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Production Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in production management or similar roles
- Strong understanding of production processes, systems, and technologies
- Proven track record of improving production efficiency and reducing costs
- Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and methodologies
- Experience with production planning and scheduling software
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
- Strong leadership and communication abilities
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
