Tanggung Jawab
- Operate and maintain vacuum packaging machines for essential oils and agricultural products
- Implement HACCP and ISO 22000 standards in packaging processes
- Conduct quality control tests for vacuum seals and product integrity
- Develop innovative packaging solutions for perishable agricultural goods
- Train junior staff on proper handling of volatile essential oil products
- Optimize packaging workflows to reduce material waste and energy consumption
- Document packaging procedures and maintain compliance records
- Collaborate with R&D team to prototype sustainable packaging materials
Kualifikasi
- Minimum D3/S1 degree in Food Technology, Agriculture, or Industrial Engineering
- 2+ years experience in vacuum packaging or food processing industry
- Certification in HACCP, ISO 22000, or GMP standards preferred
- Expertise in handling volatile essential oils and aromatic products
- Proficiency in operating industrial packaging machinery (e.g., chamber sealers, thermoformers)
- Strong understanding of food preservation techniques and shelf-life optimization
- Ability to troubleshoot packaging equipment issues independently
- Excellent attention to detail with quality control documentation
