Tanggung Jawab
- Assemble and install engine components (cylinders, pistons, crankshafts) according to technical specifications
- Perform quality checks using precision instruments to ensure alignment and tolerances
- Read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and assembly manuals
- Operate specialized tools (torque wrenches, hydraulic presses, diagnostic equipment)
- Collaborate with quality control teams to troubleshoot assembly issues
- Maintain clean and organized workstations following 5S principles
- Document assembly processes and report technical discrepancies
Kualifikasi
- SMK/SMA Teknik Mesin or equivalent certification
- Minimum 2 years experience in engine assembly or heavy machinery
- Proficiency in reading technical drawings and assembly manuals
- Certification in mechanical assembly or related field preferred
- Strong knowledge of engine components and hydraulic systems
- Ability to operate precision tools and diagnostic equipment
- Attention to detail and commitment to quality standards
- Physical stamina for standing and handling heavy components
