Tanggung Jawab
- Develop engaging digital content (videos, reels, TikToks) showcasing sustainable farming practices and agritech innovations
- Manage and grow social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube) with farming-focused content
- Collaborate with R&D team to document and promote digital farming technologies
- Organize virtual farm tours and live streaming sessions for educational outreach
- Analyze digital campaign performance and optimize content strategy for maximum engagement
- Represent AgriTech Indonesia at agricultural events and digital conferences
- Mentor young farmers on digital literacy and online business opportunities
Kualifikasi
- Age 18-35 with genuine passion for agriculture and digital media
- Proven social media influence (minimum 10K followers across platforms)
- Experience in content creation, video editing, and storytelling
- Basic knowledge of sustainable farming practices or agritech
- Strong analytical skills with ability to track digital campaign metrics
- Excellent communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and English
- Ability to work independently and adapt to fast-paced digital trends
- Willingness to participate in hands-on farming activities
