PT Konsultan Lingkungan Nusantara is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior AMDAL Specialist to lead our environmental compliance division. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for guiding major infrastructure and industrial projects through the complex regulatory framework of the Indonesian Ministry of Environment and Forestry (KLHK).

Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and oversee the entire lifecycle of Environmental Impact Analysis (AMDAL) and Environmental Management Plan (RPL) documents.
- Conduct comprehensive field surveys, data collection, and baseline studies for air, water, noise, and soil quality.
- Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams including engineers, biologists, and social scientists.
- Prepare technical chapters of the AMDAL report, ensuring alignment with KLHK regulations and technical standards.
- Facilitate public consultations and hearings to engage stakeholders effectively.
- Manage the licensing process with relevant government agencies and ensure timely submission.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum S1 degree in Environmental Engineering, Biology, Chemistry, or a related field (Master’s degree is a plus).
- Minimum 5 years of experience in preparing Environmental Impact Analysis (AMDAL) and Environmental Impact Statements (EIS).
- Strong understanding of Indonesian environmental regulations, including PP 46/2017 and related technical guidelines.
- Proficiency in using specialized software for data analysis (e.g., ArcGIS, Surfer, Excel, and statistical tools).
- Excellent technical writing and communication skills in Indonesian and English.
- Valid Driver’s License (SIM A) and willingness to travel to project sites.
