Tanggung Jawab
- Analyze geological data, equipment specifications, and labor requirements to develop comprehensive mining cost estimates
- Prepare detailed cost reports including capital expenditures (CAPEX) and operational expenditures (OPEX) for new mining projects
- Collaborate with engineering teams to validate assumptions and refine estimation models
- Monitor market trends for equipment, materials, and labor costs to update forecasts
- Present cost analysis findings to senior management and stakeholders
- Maintain and improve estimation databases using specialized mining software
- Ensure compliance with Indonesian mining regulations and industry standards
Kualifikasi
- S1 degree in Mining Engineering, Geology, or related technical field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in mining cost estimation or project finance
- Proficiency in cost estimation software (e.g., MinePlan, Surpac, or equivalent)
- Deep understanding of Indonesian mining regulations and permitting processes
- Advanced analytical skills with ability to interpret complex geological and engineering data
- Strong Excel skills with experience in financial modeling
- Excellent communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and English
- Certification in cost estimation or project management (e.g., PMP) is a plus
