Tanggung Jawab
- Lead geological field investigations, core logging, and sample collection for mining and geothermal projects
- Design and implement geological modeling software (Leapfrog, Surpac) to interpret subsurface data
- Prepare comprehensive technical reports including resource estimation and risk assessments
- Mentor junior geologists and coordinate cross-functional teams (engineering, environmental)
- Ensure compliance with Indonesian mining regulations (MEMR) and international standards (JORC, NI 43-101)
- Contribute to environmental impact assessments and sustainable resource planning
- Present findings to senior management and key stakeholders
Kualifikasi
- Master's degree in Geology or Earth Sciences from an accredited university
- Minimum 5 years of experience in mineral exploration or geothermal energy
- Proficiency in geological software (Leapfrog, Surpac, Vulcan)
- Strong understanding of Indonesian mining regulations and permitting processes
- Certification in resource estimation methods (JORC, NI 43-101)
- Fieldwork experience in remote Indonesian environments
- Proven track record of leading geological projects from exploration to feasibility
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia
