Tanggung Jawab
- Assist senior drilling technicians in equipment setup, maintenance, and operational procedures
- Monitor drilling parameters and report anomalies to supervisors
- Perform safety checks and ensure compliance with HSE protocols
- Operate drilling machinery under direct supervision
- Prepare and maintain drilling fluid systems
- Document operational data and equipment performance logs
- Support rig mobilization/demobilization activities
Kualifikasi
- Minimum high school diploma or technical certificate
- 1-2 years experience in drilling or oilfield support preferred
- Basic mechanical knowledge and troubleshooting skills
- Valid HSE certification (e.g., K3 Umum or equivalent)
- Physical fitness for outdoor work and shift rotations
- Ability to work in high-pressure environments
- Basic computer literacy for data recording
- Valid driver's license (Class B2)
