Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Statistics, Data Science, or related field
- 3+ years of hands-on social media analytics experience with enterprise brands
- Expert proficiency in analytics platforms (Sprinklr, Brandwatch, Sprout Social)
- Advanced skills in data visualization (Tableau, Power BI) and statistical analysis
- Demonstrated ability to translate complex data into actionable business insights
- Strong understanding of social media algorithms across major platforms
- Experience managing paid social media campaigns and performance metrics
- Certification in Google Analytics or similar preferred
