Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily plantation operations including planting, fertilizing, pest control, and harvesting
- Manage and supervise field teams (15-25 workers) to ensure task execution and productivity targets
- Implement sustainable agricultural practices and maintain compliance with environmental regulations
- Monitor crop health, soil conditions, and irrigation systems to optimize yield quality
- Coordinate with agronomists for technical guidance and implement best practices
- Prepare operational reports and budget tracking for plantation activities
- Train staff on safety protocols, equipment handling, and efficient farming techniques
- Liaise with procurement for resource planning and inventory management
Kualifikasi
- Minimum S1 degree in Agriculture, Agribusiness, or related field
- 3+ years of hands-on experience in plantation/supervisory roles
- Certified in Good Agricultural Practices (GAP) or equivalent
- Strong knowledge of crop cultivation cycles and pest/disease management
- Proven leadership skills with experience managing field teams
- Proficient in data recording and reporting systems (Excel, farm management software)
- Physical ability to work in outdoor conditions and traverse plantation terrain
- Valid SIM and willingness to travel between plantation sites
