Tanggung Jawab
- Lead cross-functional exploration teams in geological surveys and resource assessment
- Develop and execute exploration strategies aligned with regional market demands
- Oversee field operations including drilling, sampling, and data analysis
- Collaborate with senior management to secure project funding and approvals
- Mentor team members in advanced exploration methodologies and safety protocols
- Report on project progress, risks, and opportunities to stakeholders
- Drive innovation in exploration technologies and sustainable practices
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Geology, Mining Engineering, or related field (Master's preferred)
- Minimum 8 years experience in resource exploration with 3+ years in leadership
- Proven expertise in geological modeling and resource estimation software
- Strong understanding of Indonesian mining regulations and permitting processes
- Exceptional project management and team development skills
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia
- Valid HAKI certification for exploration activities
