Tanggung Jawab
- Perform preventative maintenance and repair of complex mechanical systems including CNC machines, hydraulic systems, and industrial robots
- Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical/electrical faults using precision tools and diagnostic software
- Document maintenance activities using CMMS systems and prepare detailed technical reports
- Collaborate with engineering teams to implement process improvements and cost-saving measures
- Ensure strict compliance with OSHA and company safety protocols
- Mentor junior technicians and conduct training on equipment operation
- Manage spare parts inventory and procurement requests
Kualifikasi
- Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or related field with minimum 3 years experience
- Advanced proficiency in reading technical drawings and schematics
- Certification in PLC programming (Siemens/Allen-Bradley preferred)
- Strong knowledge of industrial automation systems and pneumatics
- Experience with predictive maintenance technologies (vibration analysis, thermography)
- Proficient in MS Office and CAD software (AutoCAD/SolidWorks)
- Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English (technical documentation)
- Valid SIOK (Surat Izin Operasi Kerja) certification
