Tanggung Jawab
- Design, develop, and implement complex quantitative models for pricing, trading, and risk analysis
- Analyze large-scale financial datasets to identify actionable market patterns and anomalies
- Collaborate with traders and portfolio managers to translate model outputs into executable strategies
- Backtest and validate quantitative models using historical market data
- Research and integrate emerging machine learning techniques into existing frameworks
- Document methodologies and present findings to senior stakeholders
- Monitor model performance and refine algorithms in real-time market conditions
Kualifikasi
- Master's or PhD in Mathematics, Statistics, Physics, Computer Science, or related quantitative field
- 3+ years of experience in quantitative finance or algorithmic trading
- Expert proficiency in Python, R, and SQL with experience in financial APIs
- Strong foundation in stochastic calculus, time series analysis, and statistical modeling
- Deep understanding of derivatives pricing, market microstructure, or statistical arbitrage
- Proven track record of developing production-level trading models
- Experience with cloud computing platforms (AWS/GCP) and big data technologies
- Excellent communication skills with ability to explain complex concepts to non-technical audiences
