Tanggung Jawab
- Analyze reserve portfolios and liquidity positions to ensure optimal capital allocation
- Develop predictive models for reserve forecasting and scenario planning
- Prepare comprehensive reserve reports for executive stakeholders and regulatory bodies
- Collaborate with investment teams to align reserve strategies with market opportunities
- Monitor regulatory changes (OJK/BI) and update compliance frameworks
- Lead cross-functional initiatives for reserve optimization projects
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or related field (S1)
- 5+ years in reserve management, treasury, or financial planning
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, SQL, and financial modeling tools
- Deep understanding of Indonesian banking regulations (OJK) and Basel III
- CFA or FRM certification strongly preferred
- Proven experience presenting complex financial data to C-suite
