Tanggung Jawab
- Operate and maintain diamond/cable percussion drilling rigs in remote exploration sites
- Execute drilling plans to precise geological specifications
- Monitor drilling parameters and troubleshoot equipment issues
- Collect and document geological core samples with precision
- Ensure strict adherence to HSE protocols in hazardous environments
- Train junior drilling technicians on best practices
- Coordinate with geologists for real-time drilling adjustments
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 5 years experience as an Exploration Driller in mineral drilling
- Certification in drilling operations (e.g., Drilling Supervisor Certificate)
- Proven expertise in diamond drilling and RC drilling techniques
- Strong understanding of geological formations and core handling
- Ability to work in remote locations with extended field rotations
- Advanced mechanical troubleshooting skills for drilling equipment
- Valid BOSIET certification or equivalent safety training
- Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English
