Tanggung Jawab
- Lead geological surveys, soil sampling, and drilling programs across remote exploration sites
- Interpret geophysical and geochemical data to identify mineralization patterns
- Develop detailed prospecting reports with economic feasibility assessments
- Manage field teams and ensure compliance with OHSE protocols
- Utilize GIS software and drone technology for terrain analysis
- Collaborate with geologists and engineers to prioritize targets
- Present findings to stakeholders and investment committees
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Geology/Earth Sciences with 8+ years field experience
- Proven track record of discovering economically viable mineral deposits
- Expertise in gold/lithium/rare earth mineral exploration
- Advanced proficiency in GIS (ArcGIS, QGIS) and geostatistical software
- Valid Western Australia mining supervisor certification
- Ability to conduct extended fieldwork in remote locations
- Strong data analysis and report writing capabilities
- Commercial acumen for resource valuation assessment
