Tanggung Jawab
- Mentor and lead cross-functional engineering teams (15+ members) through Agile methodologies
- Architect scalable cloud-native solutions using AWS/Azure and microservices patterns
- Drive technical strategy alignment with business objectives for enterprise clients
- Implement DevOps best practices including CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure automation
- Conduct code reviews and maintain high engineering standards across all projects
- Collaborate with Product and Design teams to deliver user-centric solutions
- Stay current with emerging technologies (AI/ML, Blockchain, IoT) and evaluate adoption opportunities
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 8 years software development experience with 3+ years in leadership roles
- Expert proficiency in Java/Python, cloud platforms (AWS/Azure), and containerization (Docker/K8s)
- Proven track record delivering complex enterprise systems in financial/retail sectorsStrong background in Agile/Scrum methodologies and DevOps practices
- Excellent communication skills with ability to translate technical concepts to stakeholders
- Master's degree in Computer Science or equivalent professional certifications
- Experience leading remote teams across multiple time zones
