Tanggung Jawab
- Design, fabricate, and modify precision tools, dies, jigs, and fixtures using CAD/CAM software and manual techniques
- Perform precision machining operations including grinding, milling, turning, and EDM
- Conduct detailed inspections of tool components using precision measuring instruments
- Implement preventive maintenance schedules for tooling systems
- Collaborate with engineering team to improve tooling efficiency and durability
- Train junior technicians on advanced tooling techniques
- Document tooling specifications and maintenance procedures
Kualifikasi
- Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or related field (minimum 3 years experience)
- Advanced proficiency in manual and CNC machining operations
- Expertise in CAD/CAM software (AutoCAD, SolidWorks, Mastercam)
- Strong understanding of metallurgy and heat treatment processes
- Certification in precision measurement (CMM, optical comparator)
- Experience with injection molding or stamping dies preferred
- Ability to read complex technical drawings and specifications
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
