Tanggung Jawab
- Lead comprehensive geological surveys, core logging, and rock mechanics analysis for mining and construction projects
- Design and implement hazard mitigation strategies for landslides, subsidence, and seismic risks
- Develop 3D geological models using GIS and specialized software (Leapfrog, Surpac)
- Prepare detailed technical reports and environmental impact assessments for regulatory compliance
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to integrate geological findings into project planning
- Mentor junior engineers and contribute to innovation in sustainable resource extraction
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Geological Engineering or Geotechnical Engineering (S1 required)
- Minimum 5 years of experience in mining, infrastructure, or environmental consulting
- Professional certification (P.Geo or equivalent) preferred
- Advanced proficiency in geological modeling software and field investigation techniques
- Strong understanding of Indonesian mining regulations (Minerba) and environmental standards
- Proven ability to manage complex site investigations and risk assessments
- Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail and safety compliance
