Tanggung Jawab
- Design and execute comprehensive well logging programs for onshore/offshore operations
- Analyze wireline, LWD, and MWD data to identify hydrocarbon zones and formation properties
- Develop petrophysical models and reservoir characterization solutions
- Collaborate with geologists and drilling engineers to optimize well placement
- Maintain compliance with HSE standards and industry regulations
- Mentor junior engineers and contribute to technical innovation
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Petroleum Engineering, Geophysics, or related field
- 8+ years of experience in well logging and formation evaluation
- Expertise in Schlumberger, Halliburton, or Baker Hughes logging tools
- Advanced proficiency in petrophysical software (e.g., Techlog, GeoFrame)
- Strong understanding of reservoir engineering principles
- Professional Engineer (PE) license preferred
- Experience with horizontal and complex well designs
