Tanggung Jawab
- Lead geotechnical investigations and analyses for high-rise developments, underground infrastructure, and coastal protection projects
- Design and optimize foundation systems, retaining structures, and ground improvement techniques
- Prepare comprehensive geotechnical reports and construction specifications
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams on BIM-integrated projects
- Manage site investigations and provide real-time geotechnical support during construction
- Mentor junior engineers and conduct peer reviews of technical documentation
- Research and implement cutting-edge geotechnical technologies and methodologies
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Civil/Geotechnical Engineering with minimum 8 years' experience
- Professional Engineer (PE) or equivalent international certification
- Expertise in slope stability analysis, foundation design, and ground modeling software (PLAXIS, GeoStudio)
- Proven track record on large-scale infrastructure projects in urban environments
- Strong knowledge of Singapore's geotechnical codes and regulations (BCA, PUB)
- Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills for complex site conditions
- Excellent communication skills for client interactions and project presentations
