Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and implement comprehensive HR strategies supporting business objectives
- Lead talent acquisition, recruitment, and onboarding processes
- Manage employee relations, performance management systems, and engagement initiatives
- Oversee compensation, benefits, and compliance with Indonesian labor regulations
- Drive organizational development through training programs and leadership initiatives
- Analyze HR metrics and provide data-driven recommendations to senior leadership
- Manage HR budget and ensure efficient resource allocation
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 8 years HR experience with 3+ years in managerial role
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
- Deep knowledge of Indonesian labor laws (KUHP, PP No. 78/2015)
- Proven expertise in talent acquisition, compensation strategy, and employee relations
- Strong analytical skills with experience in HRIS implementation
- Exceptional leadership and cross-functional collaboration abilities
- Professional certification (CHRP, SHRM-SCP) preferred
