Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee all aspects of breadfruit cultivation from planting to harvest
- Implement organic farming practices and pest management protocols
- Train and supervise junior farming staff in sustainable techniques
- Monitor crop health and optimize yield through data-driven decisions
- Coordinate with agronomists for soil analysis and fertilizer application
- Maintain farm equipment and irrigation systems
- Document farming activities and harvest metrics
- Collaborate with R&D team on new propagation methods
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 5 years experience in tropical fruit cultivation
- Proven expertise in breadfruit farming techniques
- Certification in sustainable agriculture preferred
- Strong knowledge of pest management and organic farming
- Ability to physically perform farm duties in tropical climate
- Experience supervising farming teams
- Basic data literacy for crop monitoring systems
- Valid agricultural machinery operation license
