Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee lychee orchard operations including pruning, grafting, and pest management
- Implement precision irrigation and soil nutrition systems for optimal fruit quality

- Train junior farm staff in sustainable lychee cultivation techniques
- Coordinate harvest logistics and post-handling procedures

Kualifikasi
- Minimum 5 years of specialized lychee/lengkeng cultivation experience
- Certification in sustainable agriculture or horticulture preferred
- Expert knowledge of lychee growth cycles and pest/disease management
- Proficiency in farm management software and IoT monitoring tools
- Demonstrated ability to lead agricultural teams in remote locations
- Strong analytical skills for soil testing and yield optimization
