We seek an experienced Jackfruit Specialist to drive sustainable farming practices and optimize yield in our Yogyakarta operations. This role combines traditional agricultural expertise with innovative agri-technology to create premium jackfruit products for global markets. You'll lead field operations while mentoring junior farmers and implementing eco-friendly cultivation techniques.
Tanggung Jawab
- Manage entire jackfruit cultivation lifecycle from planting to harvest
- Implement organic farming protocols and pest management systems
- Train and supervise 10+ farm workers in modern cultivation techniques
- Monitor soil health and optimize irrigation using IoT sensors
- Coordinate with R&D team for new varietal trials
- Ensure compliance with sustainable certification standards
- Document yield metrics and quality control procedures
- Develop harvesting schedules for optimal fruit maturity
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 5 years in tropical fruit cultivation (jackfruit experience essential)
- Bachelor's degree in Agriculture or equivalent certification
- Proficient in organic farming certification protocols
- Advanced knowledge of pest/disease management for jackfruit
- Experience with precision agriculture technologies (drones, sensors)
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Valid pesticide application license
- Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English
