Tanggung Jawab
- Cultivate and maintain Crystal/Red Getas guava orchards using organic farming methods
- Monitor crop health, irrigation systems, and soil nutrient levels daily
- Implement pruning, grafting, and pest control protocols for premium yield
- Coordinate harvesting operations to ensure optimal ripeness and quality
- Maintain farm equipment and infrastructure in peak condition
- Document production metrics and contribute to harvest planning
- Train junior farm workers in sustainable cultivation techniques
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 3 years' experience in commercial guava cultivation
- Proven expertise with Crystal/Red Getas variety propagation
- Certification in sustainable farming practices (organic/IPM preferred)
- Ability to operate farm machinery (tractors, irrigation systems)
- Strong understanding of tropical crop physiology and disease management
- Physical fitness for fieldwork in tropical conditions
- Basic literacy for farm record-keeping and reporting
- Willingness to work weekends during peak harvest seasons
