Tanggung Jawab
- Manage full-cycle BSF maggot breeding process from egg collection to harvesting prepupae
- Operate and maintain composting systems for organic waste (kascing, agricultural residues)
- Produce high-quality organic fertilizers (pupuk kompos, cair, granul) following SOPs
- Monitor and optimize BSF colony health, temperature, and substrate conditions
- Conduct quality control testing on fertilizers and compost products
- Maintain hygiene and biosecurity protocols in production facilities
- Document production metrics and report operational insights
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 2 years hands-on experience in BSF maggot farming or similar bioconversion processes
- Proven expertise in compost production techniques (windrow, vermicomposting)
- Understanding of organic fertilizer formulation and soil microbiology
- Ability to operate compost turners, shredders, and processing machinery
- Knowledge of agricultural waste management and circular economy principles
- Physical capability for manual handling of organic materials (up to 25kg)
- Certification in organic agriculture or composting is a plus
