Join our award-winning agricultural team as a Starfruit Farm Specialist in the lush highlands of West Java. Tanggung Jawab
- Cultivate and maintain 20+ hectares of starfruit orchards using organic and sustainable practices
- Monitor crop health, implement pest/disease prevention protocols, and optimize irrigation systems
- Coordinate harvest operations ensuring peak ripeness and quality standards
- Develop and maintain soil fertility programs using compost and natural amendments
- Train and supervise farm workers in modern cultivation techniques
- Manage inventory of farming equipment and coordinate maintenance schedules
- Analyze yield data and implement improvements for production efficiency
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 3 years' experience in tropical fruit cultivation, preferably with starfruit
- Deep understanding of Indonesian climate conditions and soil chemistry
- Certification in sustainable agriculture or organic farming preferred
- Proficiency in irrigation system management and crop monitoring tools
- Strong leadership abilities with experience managing farm teams
- Basic knowledge of post-harvest handling and cold chain logistics
- Physical ability to perform fieldwork in varying weather conditions
