Tanggung Jawab
- Analyze existing business processes using BPMN, flowcharts, and data modeling to identify inefficiencies
- Collaborate with stakeholders to document requirements for process automation initiatives
- Develop KPIs and performance metrics to measure process effectiveness
- Lead process re-engineering projects using Lean and Six Sigma principles
- Design and implement workflow improvements using tools like Microsoft Visio and Power BI
- Facilitate stakeholder workshops to gather requirements and validate solutions
- Prepare detailed process documentation and training materials
- Monitor process performance and recommend continuous improvements
Kualifikasi
- S1 degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field
- 3+ years of experience as a Business Process Analyst or similar role
- Expertise in BPMN, UML, and process modeling methodologies
- Proficiency in SQL, Excel (including Power Query), and data visualization tools
- Strong knowledge of ERP systems (SAP/Oracle) and workflow automation tools
- Certification in Six Sigma Green Belt or Business Process Management
- Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English (written and spoken)
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies
