- Develop and execute the company's AI vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned with business objectives
- Lead, mentor, and scale a global team of AI researchers, engineers, and data scientists
- Drive the end-to-end lifecycle of AI product development from ideation to deployment
- Establish ethical AI governance frameworks and responsible innovation practices
- Collaborate with C-suite executives to integrate AI across all business verticals
- Secure strategic partnerships and drive industry thought leadership
- Manage multimillion-dollar AI R&D budgets and resource allocation
Kualifikasi
- 15+ years in AI/ML with 5+ years in executive leadership roles
- Proven track record of shipping production-scale AI systems at scale
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or related field
- Deep expertise in neural networks, NLP, computer vision, and MLOps
- Exceptional strategic thinking with ability to translate complex technical concepts
- Experience building and leading high-performing diverse technical teams
- Strong business acumen with P&L responsibility and commercialization success
- Published research in top-tier AI conferences/journals preferred
