Tanggung Jawab
- Own technical client relationships, ensuring alignment between product capabilities and business objectives
- Lead product implementation, troubleshooting, and optimization for enterprise accounts
- Collaborate with engineering and product teams to escalate technical challenges and influence roadmap
- Develop and execute success plans to maximize client retention and expansion opportunities
- Deliver technical workshops and training sessions to enhance client proficiency
- Monitor product usage analytics and identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years in technical account management, customer success, or pre-sales engineering
- Deep understanding of SaaS architectures, APIs, and cloud technologies
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders
- Proven track record of managing complex enterprise accounts
- Certifications in AWS, Azure, or relevant platforms preferred
