Kualifikasi
- 5+ years of professional UI design experience
- Expertise in Figma, Adobe XD, and Sketch
- Strong portfolio demonstrating complex interface solutions
- Proficiency in HTML/CSS and design-to-code handoff
- Experience with user research methodologies
- Knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1)
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
