Tanggung Jawab
- Design, deploy, and maintain complex telecom infrastructure including 5G core networks, MPLS, and SD-WAN solutions
- Conduct network performance analysis, capacity planning, and troubleshooting across multi-vendor environments
- Lead RF optimization projects for cellular networks and ensure compliance with FCC regulations
- Collaborate with DevOps teams to automate network provisioning using Ansible and Terraform
- Develop technical documentation and training materials for internal and client stakeholders
- Stay current on emerging technologies like edge computing and IoT network architectures
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 5+ years of experience in telecom engineering with 3+ years in 5G/4G/LTE environments
- Expertise in network protocols (SIP, BGP, OSPF) and telecom standards (3GPP, ITU-T)
- Proficiency with network analysis tools (Wireshark, SolarWinds, JIRA)
- Certification in CCNP, CCIE, or equivalent telecom credentials
- Strong problem-solving skills with experience in root cause analysis
- Excellent communication abilities for cross-functional collaboration
