Tanggung Jawab
- Plan and execute qualitative/quantitative research (interviews, surveys, usability tests) to uncover user needs and behaviors
- Analyze data to identify actionable insights and synthesize findings into compelling narratives
- Collaborate with product managers and designers to define research objectives and prioritize features
- Develop and maintain user personas, journey maps, and research repositories
- Present research findings to stakeholders through clear visualizations and persuasive storytelling
- Advocate for user-centered design principles across the organization
- Mentor junior researchers and evangelize UX best practices
Kualifikasi
- 5+ years of UX research experience with demonstrated impact in B2C tech products
- Expertise in multiple research methodologies (moderation, diary studies, card sorting)
- Proficiency with research tools (UserTesting, Optimal Workshop, Figma, Miro)
- Strong analytical skills with ability to translate data into strategic recommendations
- Experience working with agile development teams and integrating research into sprints
- Portfolio showcasing research process, artifacts, and business impact
- Excellent communication skills with ability to influence stakeholders at all levels
- Bachelor's degree in HCI, Psychology, Design, or related field (Master's preferred)
