Tanggung Jawab
- SEO & Content Strategy: Develop and execute comprehensive SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings and drive relevant traffic to our platform.
- Technical Optimization: Collaborate with developers to ensure website speed, mobile responsiveness, and schema markup are optimized for search engines.
- Data Analysis: Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) using Google Analytics 4 and other tools to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
- Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO): Conduct A/B testing on landing pages and product listings to maximize conversion rates and average order value.
- Competitor Analysis: Stay ahead of the curve by monitoring market trends, competitor strategies, and emerging e-commerce technologies.
- Inventory & Product Management: Work closely with the product team to optimize product descriptions, images, and categorization for better user experience.
Kualifikasi
- Education: Bachelorβs degree in Marketing, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in e-commerce, digital marketing, or SEO.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in CMS platforms such as Shopify or WordPress/WooCommerce. Familiarity with Google Tag Manager and Google Search Console.
- SEO Expertise: Deep understanding of on-page and off-page SEO, keyword research, and link-building strategies.
- Language: Fluent in Indonesian and professional proficiency in English (written and verbal).
- Soft Skills: Strong analytical mindset, attention to detail, and excellent problem-solving abilities.
