Tanggung Jawab
- Operate motor graders to achieve precise grade specifications within ±0.05 tolerance
- Interpret blueprints, topographic maps, and GPS guidance systems for complex grading layouts
- Perform daily equipment inspections and preventive maintenance checks
- Coordinate with surveyors and site supervisors to maintain project timelines
- Ensure compliance with OSHA safety standards and company protocols
- Train junior operators on advanced machine control systems
- Document daily progress and material usage in digital reporting systems
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 3 years' experience operating motor graders on large-scale projects
- Valid Class A CDL with airbrake endorsement
- Proficiency in GPS machine control systems (Trimble, Topcon)
- Certification in heavy equipment safety protocols
- Ability to read and interpret civil engineering blueprints
- Strong problem-solving skills for challenging terrain conditions
- Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends for critical path items
