- Operate heavy shovel equipment with precision and safety
- Excavate, move, and grade earth materials for construction sites
- Perform daily equipment inspections and preventative maintenance
- Adhere strictly to OSHA safety protocols and company standards
- Collaborate with ground crew and project supervisors
- Document work progress and material usage accurately
- Maintain clean and organized equipment and work areas
Kualifikasi
- 3+ years of commercial shovel operation experience
- Valid Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL)
- OSHA 10-hour construction certification required
- Ability to operate CAT 336, 374, or similar models
- Strong understanding of grade reading and site plans
- Exceptional spatial awareness and hand-eye coordination
- Ability to work in all weather conditions and lift 50+ lbs
- Pass pre-employment drug screening and background check
