Tanggung Jawab
- Operate front-end loaders and heavy equipment for material handling, excavation, and site preparation
- Conduct daily equipment inspections and maintenance checks to ensure optimal performance
- Adhere strictly to safety protocols and OSHA regulations at all times
- Coordinate with ground crew and supervisors to maintain workflow efficiency
- Load/unload materials, including aggregates, debris, and construction supplies
- Document operational logs and report equipment malfunctions promptly
- Maintain clean and organized job sites to prevent hazards
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 2 years of experience operating front-end loaders or similar heavy machinery
- Valid commercial driver's license (CDL) Class A or B required
- OSHA 10-hour construction certification preferred
- Strong understanding of safety procedures and equipment operation manuals
- Ability to work in various weather conditions and physical environments
- Excellent hand-eye coordination and spatial awareness skills
- Basic mechanical aptitude for troubleshooting equipment issues
