Tanggung Jawab
- Operate bulldozers and related heavy equipment for land clearing, grading, and site preparation tasks
- Read and interpret blueprints, survey stakes, and project specifications to ensure precision
- Perform daily equipment inspections, maintenance checks, and report mechanical issues
- Collaborate with site supervisors, engineers, and ground crews to coordinate operations
- Maintain strict adherence to OSHA safety protocols and company standards
- Document daily progress, material usage, and operational reports
- Mentor junior operators and enforce best practices across the team
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 5 years of experience operating bulldozers on commercial/construction sites
- Valid Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL) with heavy equipment endorsement
- Certification in heavy equipment operation from accredited institution
- OSHA 30-hour Construction Safety certification required
- Proven ability to read construction plans and grade stakes
- Strong understanding of soil types and compaction techniques
- Ability to work in all weather conditions and lift up to 50 lbs
- Excellent communication skills and commitment to safety culture
