Tanggung Jawab
- Operate backhoe loaders for excavation, trenching, and site preparation tasks with precision and efficiency
- Conduct daily equipment inspections, maintenance checks, and report mechanical issues
- Adhere strictly to OSHA safety protocols and company accident prevention procedures
- Coordinate with ground crews, surveyors, and project supervisors for seamless workflow
- Read and interpret blueprints, site plans, and technical specifications
- Maintain accurate equipment logs and project documentation
- Train junior operators on safe equipment handling and best practices
Kualifikasi
- 5+ years of professional backhoe operation experience
- Valid Commercial Driver's License (CDL) Class A or B
- OSHA 10-Hour Construction Safety certification required
- Competence in operating related heavy machinery (excavators, bulldozers)
- Ability to work in extreme weather conditions and flexible schedules
- Basic understanding of underground utility locating procedures
- Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
- Pass pre-employment physical and drug screening
