Kualifikasi
- Minimum 10+ years in IT leadership, including 5+ as CIO/CTO
- Proven experience in digital transformation and large-scale IT projects
- Expertise in cybersecurity frameworks and regulatory compliance
- Strong financial acumen with budget management experience
- Master's degree in Computer Science, IT, or Business Administration
- Strategic thinking with ability to translate business needs into technical solutions
- Certifications in cloud architecture (AWS/Azure/GCP) preferred
