Tanggung Jawab
- Analyze and optimize end-to-end payment processing flows across credit/debit cards, e-wallets, and bank transfers
- Monitor transaction performance metrics, identifying anomalies and implementing corrective actions
- Collaborate with engineering teams to implement payment gateway integrations and API enhancements
- Conduct forensic analysis of transaction disputes and chargeback scenarios
- Develop compliance frameworks for PCI DSS, PSD2, and local regulatory requirements
- Generate executive dashboards and predictive analytics for payment KPIs
- Lead cross-functional projects to launch new payment methods in emerging markets
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Computer Science, or related field with 3+ years payment systems experience
- Expertise in payment protocols (ISO 8583, ACH, SWIFT) and fraud detection tools
- Proficiency in SQL, Python, and data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI)
- Strong understanding of global payment regulations (PCI DSS, GDPR, MAS guidelines)
- Experience with payment gateways (Adyen, Stripe, Braintree) and core banking systems
- Certification in payment security (CISP, CFE) or cloud architecture preferred
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to translate complex data into actionable insights
