Tanggung Jawab
- Design and implement comprehensive IT risk management frameworks aligned with NIST, ISO 27001, and SOC 2 standards
- Lead enterprise-wide risk assessments for cloud migrations, AI integrations, and third-party vendor relationships
- Develop quantitative risk models to quantify financial and operational impact of cyber threats
- Champion security awareness programs across 15+ global engineering teams
- Collaborate with CISO to present risk dashboards to executive stakeholders and board members
- Drive incident response post-mortems and implement corrective action plans
- Maintain real-time risk registers and ensure continuous compliance with GDPR, CCPA, and HIPAA requirements
Kualifikasi
- 10+ years in IT risk management with 5+ years in leadership roles
- CISM, CRISC, or CISSP certification mandatory
- Expertise in cloud security (AWS/Azure/GCP) and zero-trust architectures
- Proven track record of implementing GRC platforms (e.g., RSA Archer, MetricStream)
- Deep understanding of DevSecOps and SDLC security integration
- Experience managing risk for hybrid cloud environments with 10k+ endpoints
- Strong data visualization skills with Tableau or Power BI
- Master's degree in Information Security or related field
