- Lead end-to-end product design processes from research to implementation
- Develop comprehensive design systems ensuring consistency across all touchpoints
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and data analysis to inform design decisions
- Collaborate with product managers and engineers to define product roadmaps
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups using industry-standard tools
- Present design solutions to stakeholders and advocate for user needs
- Mentor junior designers and foster a culture of continuous improvement
Kualifikasi
- 5+ years of experience in product design with proven portfolio
- Mastery of Figma, Adobe XD, and prototyping tools
- Expertise in user research methodologies and data-driven design
- Strong understanding of accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1)
- Experience working in agile development environments
- Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, or related field
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills
