Tanggung Jawab
- Define and prioritize product backlog using Agile methodologies, ensuring alignment with strategic roadmap
- Translate business requirements into actionable user stories and acceptance criteria
- Facilitate sprint planning, retrospectives, and stakeholder demos
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify product opportunities
- Collaborate with UX/UI designers to deliver intuitive interfaces
- Own product KPIs and data-driven decision making
- Maintain JIRA/Confluence documentation and release artifacts
Kualifikasi
- 5+ years as Product Owner or similar product leadership role
- Proven experience in Agile/Scrum environments with SaaS products
- Expertise in product discovery, roadmap planning, and stakeholder management
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in product analytics tools (Amplitude, Mixpanel)
- Experience with fintech or B2B SaaS products preferred
- Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) or equivalent
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills
